Hardeep is a Professor at the Houston VA Center for Innovations in Quality, Effectiveness & Safety and Baylor College of Medicine. He leads multidisciplinary research efforts in improving patient safety and reducing diagnostic errors and received the 2012 AcademyHealth Alice S. Hersh New Investigator Award.
