Dr. Zhi Ven Fong is a general surgery resident at Massachusetts General Hospital, and the incoming Dana Farber/Harvard Cancer Center's Complex and General Surgical Oncology fellow. He obtained my Masters in Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health, and his Doctorate in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. Funded by an NCI F32 Award, Dr. Fong’s work centers on health services and patient-centered outcomes research in surgical oncology. He is presently conducting research on the burden of caregiving for patients with cancer on family caregivers, amongst other projects.
