Ms. McGovern is the project manager for Altarum’s Community Eldercare Metrics project. She has managed a number of Altarum’s evaluation projects across a range of substantive areas, including eldercare, maternal and child health, health promotion, behavioral health, and health services research. Ms. McGovern’s technical skills include evaluation design and implementation, analysis and synthesis of data, and report writing for a wide range of audiences. The majority of Ms. McGovern’s work at Altarum involves the analysis of qualitative data, in concert with quantitative analysis, to produce robust program evaluations that result in strategic solutions for program improvement.
