As Vice President of Communications and Marketing at the Center for Improving Value in Health Care (CIVHC), Ms. Frank is responsible for developing and implementing strategic outreach efforts to heighten awareness of and fulfill CIVHC’s mission to create a healthier Colorado by promoting higher quality, lower cost health care. As part of this work, Cari oversees all public reporting efforts based on data and analytics produced from the Colorado All Payer Claims Database (CO APCD), and CIVHC’s overall strategic direction as part of the senior leadership team. Most recently, Cari served as Director of Communications and Development at the Colorado Rural Health Center where she led communications, policy and advocacy, and new program development efforts. Prior to CRHC, Cari worked as Program Manager for the Colorado Foundation for Medical Care on patient safety and communications initiatives. Ms. Frank brings a personal passion and energy for improving health care and increasing access to high quality affordable care throughout the state to the leadership team at CIVHC. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in pre-med Biology from Colorado College, and has an MBA in Marketing.
