Andrew’s work in social innovation focuses on the strategy, organizational design and financial engineering of social innovation programs. He came to GHHI from the Advisory Board Company, where he led a product portfolio working at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Prior, he established a socially oriented consulting firm with the George Washington University School of Business that focused on economic development leadership and was advised by former and current partners from Booz Allen Hamilton as well as McKinsey and Company. Andrew holds four academic degrees and two certifications including credentials in philosophy, psychology, political science, foreign policy, international affairs, international economic relations, business intelligence, finance and business management. He has also been recognized by the White House for his work as a young entrepreneur and currently serves as the treasurer of the board for Capital Fringe, the arts organization that holds the largest independent fringe performing arts festival in the country. 

AcademyHealth collaborated with Andrew on several value-based purchasing reports as part of the Payment Reform for Population Health initiative.
