This year’s National Health Policy Conference (NHPC) will be co-located with the annual Health Datapalooza convening. Both events will be held February 10-11, 2020 at the Marriott Marquis in Washington, DC.

The co-location creates exciting, potential synergies between each event. Co-locating NHPC with the Health Datapalooza recognizes that health data innovation is now an integral part of all efforts to transform health care and will benefit from bringing new voices and perspectives from the policy world into the broader community of Health Datapalooza. Co-location also recognizes the Health Datapalooza’s traditional emphasis on the ways federal and state policy and regulatory bodies generate, hold, use, govern and release data. There’s much the communities can learn from one another.

What Does Co-Location Mean?

Both the National Health Policy Conference and the Health Datapalooza remain two separate, independent conferences. This means that each event will have its own distinct program featuring main stage plenaries, breakout sessions, awards, and more. However, each conference will take place on the same date and in the same venue.

What Are the Benefits of Co-Location?

As a registrant of either event, you will be able to move freely between each event (if you choose) - picking and choosing relevant sessions to attend.

To harness the synergies of the two communities, we’ll be offering a limited set of joint events spanning the two days, providing more engagement opportunities and discussions with participants “across the hall.”

Call for Presentations

Both the National Health Policy Conference and the Health Datapalooza have their own, independent call for presentations. Contribute your voice to one of this year’s events – or both!

Patient Participation

The Health Datapalooza remains a Patients Included conference and scholarships will be available for patients to attend both the Health Datapalooza and the National Health Policy Conference.
