Tracy Mroz, Ph.D., OTR/L is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, School of Medicine at the University of Washington. Informed by her clinical experience as an occupational therapist, her research agenda focuses on the impact of policy, delivery systems, and workforce on access to and quality of post-acute care. She has a special interest in home health care and rehabilitation services for older adults, persons with disabilities, and rural populations. Dr. Mroz is an investigator with the WWAMI Rural Health Research Center and the UW Center for Health Workforce Studies. Her research has been funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration, Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, and National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research. Dr. Mroz received her PhD in Health Services Research and Policy from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
