Stacy Becker, M.P.P., M.Sc., serves as the Director of Sustainable Financing at ReThink Health (RTH), where she oversees a portfolio of exploration, development, and pilot projects that advance the integrated approach to the redesign of regional systems of health. She leads the RTH team on sustainable financing for targeted, high-impact regional efforts. Additionally, Ms. Becker has been consulting on local development and housing matters for fifteen years. Working within her public policy consulting practice, Ms. Becker has advised local, state and national leaders on an array of policy initiatives over the past fifteen years. These include investigating the power of community partnerships to transform health; end-of life planning; long-term care financing; social impact bonds; market analysis for a CDFI start-up; a state-wide business plan for early childhood development; affordable housing development; and citizen engagement around state budgets and taxes. She served as budget director for the City and County of San Francisco and for the City of Saint Paul, as well as Public Works Director for the City of Saint Paul. She holds an M.P.P. from Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government and an M.Sc. in City Design and Social Science from the London School of Economics, which she attended as a Bush Leadership Fellow.
