Paul C. Harrington is a Board Member of The Physicians Foundation and the former Executive Vice President of the Vermont Medical Society. Mr. Harrington has nearly 30 years of experience in the field of health policy, including six years as the majority health policy director for the U.S. Senate HELP Committee, chaired by Senator James M. Jeffords, and ten years of experience in state government, having served three terms in the Vermont House of Representatives and held appointed positions under Gov. Howard Dean, MD, in the executive branch. He has extensively published and presented on healthcare access, quality measurement and payment. Mr. Harrington is a graduate of the University of Vermont.
