Dr. Orna Intrator is the Director of the Geriatrics and Extended Care Data and Analysis, and a long-term care researcher at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center and Professor of Public Health Sciences at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Trained in statistics and applied mathematics, Dr. Intrator conducts research on Veteran’s care across health care systems with a focus on the implications for health policies and organizational management. Dr. Intrator and her team developed the VA Residential History File (RHF), which pulls together claims and assessment data from VA, Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, claims, utilization and assessments and other data.
