Nazneen Fatima Shaikh is a current Ph.D. student in Health Services and Outcomes Research program at School of Pharmacy in West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV. She completed her bachelor’s degree and diploma in pharmacy from India. Prior to starting her Ph.D. program, she worked as a community pharmacist for almost five years at India Pharmacy, Mumbai. She also has internship experience at Fortis hospitals and Watson Pharmaceuticals. Nazneen has presented her research on areas such as mental health, oncology and other inflammatory chronic conditions at a variety of regional and national conferences. Her primary areas of research interests include pharmacoeconomics, epidemiology, patient reported outcomes and health outcomes research studies on mental illness, oncology and medication use.
