The Baltimore Convention Center is nestled in the heart of downtown, close to the Inner Harbor, Little Italy, and Fells Point. The Center is conveniently located close to public transportation for easy access by MARC train or Baltimore’s Light Rail to Washington, D.C., and Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI). Baltimore’s Penn Station is a short 7-minute drive while BWI Airport is only 20 minutes away.

All reservations must be made no later than May 23, 2024, to qualify for the discounted room rate. The rate is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The cut-off is a guideline and not a guarantee of availability. Each reservation must be guaranteed with first night's room and tax by cash or credit card and deposits will be charged immediately. If you wish to cancel, please do so 3 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number.

Please be aware of any messages coming from sources not affiliated with AcademyHealth. Avoid interaction with them. Valid emails come from @academyhealth.org or @academyhealth.mmsend.com. 

  • AcademyHealth does not have an official housing vendor and never sells contact information for our registrants to third parties. 
  • Any emails or calls claiming to be booking hotel rooms on behalf of AcademyHealth are fraudulent. 
  • All attendees traveling to one of our conferences should book their room or confirm the details of their stay with the conference hotel directly using the link and phone number on the conference hotel and travel page.
