State Quality Institute Kick-off Meeting Meeting Venue: The State Quality Improvement Institute Kick-off Meeting occurred in June. The Meeting was a successful opportunity for all selected state teams to meet with faculty, with other states, and with themselves to continue their efforts to improve the quality of healthcare in their state. The faculty provided valuable one-on-one consultations with each state team, and guided the teams as they refined, and reworked, their draft action plans. We are pleased to say that each state left the meeting energized, and with a commitment to finalize their draft action plans and to work with their “home team” to start putting the ideas generated at the Kick-off in to practice.
