Overview: In September 2015, AcademyHealth and the EDM Forum hosted the inaugural Concordium meeting. With nearly 350 attendees, the meeting sought to examine ways to transform the health care delivery system through evidence generated by electronic health data. By showcasing innovation and leading ideas, sharing emerging science and applications, and promoting collaboration, Concordium brought together researchers and diverse stakeholders who create data, methods, and evidence to transform these systems.

This webinar featured faculty who spoke during various sessions at the Concordium meeting. Faculty reflected on their experiences at the meeting, tying together key themes and topics that emerged during sessions and networking time, including using data to improve delivery system innovation, information and technology sharing, and patient engagement.
