The Concordium Award for Innovations with Data is designed to spotlight government agencies using innovative tools and displays of data to improve population health. Individuals or organizations working at or in partnerships with governmental agencies, utilizing data in innovative ways to improve population health are encouraged to submit their initiative.
With support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, up to three (3) recipients will receive a presentation opportunity, travel stipend, AcademyHealth membership and complimentary registration to Concordium. Awardees will have the opportunity to present their work and network with data scientists and analysts, health system executives (CEOs, CIOs, and CDOs), outcomes researchers, patients and consumers, population health/public health leaders, practice/program managers, and technologists and informaticists at Concordium.
