Hotel Reservations

The conference will be held at the Renaissance Washington, DC Hotel, 999 Ninth Street N.W., Washington, D.C. 20001. A block of rooms has been reserved at the hotel for $199 single/double, per night. All reservations must be made by Friday, December 30, 2005, after which reservations are accepted on a space and rate availability basis only. All reservations must be guaranteed with first night's room and tax by cash or credit card. The deposit will be applied to any guaranteed no-show reservations. Hotel Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled by 6:00 p.m. on day of arrival to avoid forfeiture first night’s deposit.

Travel
The hotel is 10 minutes from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, 40 minutes from Dulles and BWI airports and within blocks of Metro rapid-rail service.
The Renaissance Washington, D.C., is located halfway between the White House and the Capitol and near the new Washington Convention Center. The hotel is central to all the main attractions of the nation's capital, with the Smithsonian Institution, National Portrait Gallery, Museum of Modern Art, Chinatown, MCI Arena, and shopping within walking distance.
