Space is limited. Tables are available on a first come, first served basis. No free-standing booth displays allowed. All materials must fit on the table.

Full payment must be made to reserve space.

Cancellations:

Prior to December 22, AcademyHealth will refund the space cost for any cancellations received in writing, less a $50 service charge. After December 22, the exhibitor forfeits the entire amount paid.
