How much does membership cost?

Individual Membership Dues

*Fellows include clinical fellows and post-doctoral trainees appointed to positions granting a stipend and allowing for advanced study or research at an academic or training institution. Fellows do not include faculty or regular job appointments.

**Students must be enrolled full-time an undergraduate or graduate program and provide documentation of student status (e.g. copy of student ID or letter from your department). Fellows are not eligible for student rates.

Optional Journal Subscriptions

The member subscription rates reflect a discount of approximately 40 percent off the regular price. These individual subscription rates are available only through AcademyHealth membership. Subscriptions are not transferable.

How long does my membership last?
AcademyHealth memberships are for 12 months from the time you join or renew. For example, if you join or renew in August 2007, your membership will run through July 2008.

What are the benefits of individual membership?
AcademyHealth members receive a variety of benefits ranging from meeting and subscription discounts to networking opportunities to advocacy through the Coalition for Health Services Research.

Do I have to pay an additional fee to participate in an Interest Group?
No. Participation in our 15 topic-specific interest groups is free to all members.

How do I access the members’ only section?
