Ms. Rein's Bio can be found online. HIPS Week, sponsored by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), is designed to raise awareness among healthcare professionals, their employers, and the public of the importance of protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of personal health information. Mr. Findlay and Ms. Rein have recently framed the issues of health information technology and privacy quite nicely in an article in the January 15th edition of Modern Healthcare. |
