Nemours Child Health Service Research Award

Call for Nominations

DEADLINE: April 4, 2008

The Nemours Child Health Services Research Award recognizes the scientific work of emerging scholars in the field of child health services research, particularly research on quality improvement of pediatric health services. Recipients must be within seven years of entry into the field of child health services research as of December 31, 2007. Year of entry will be judged by the nominee's first publication in child health services research.

The winner will receive $1,000 in recognition of his/her contribution to child health services research, and the award will be presented at the Ninth Child Health Services Research Meeting on June 7, 2008, in Washington, D.C., held in conjunction with AcademyHealth's Annual Research Meeting. Nominations

Nominations should include:

  • Letter of nomination that identifies when the candidate first entered the field (i.e., title and year of first publication in child health services research)
  • Curriculum vitae that includes a detailed list of accomplishments that merit this recognition
