Celebrating 25 Years of ARM
Nearly 300 participants attended the first annual meeting in June 1984. Since then, the meeting has grown to include more than 2,200 attendees, 147 sessions and 850 poster presentations. The meeting continues to be the premier forum for both experts and newcomers to the field. Through the years, the Annual Research Meeting has expanded to reflect the diversity of the field and the breadth of issues it tackles, while remaining true to its core purpose of disseminating research to decision-makers to improve health and health care.
