Courtney Ahmed is a Health Policy Extern at AcademyHealth. She assists in research and outreach for the Translation and Dissemination Institute, which seeks, tests, and promotes new and innovative approaches to moving knowledge into action.
Prior to her externship at AcademyHealth, Ms. Ahmed worked as a Monitoring and Research Evaluation Intern at Prayasam in Kolkata, India, where her role consisted of developing case stories, field reporting, compiling and analyzing data on school programs, editing project applications, and tutoring English. Ms. Ahmed is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy with a Minor in Chemistry at Haverford College.
