Stacy
L. Halbert Stacy Halbert is currently the Director of Information Technology at AcademyHealth. He is the lead engineer, developer, and systems' architect of the information technology infrastructure of the organization. At AcademyHealth's predecessor organization, Alpha Center, Mr. Halbert initially served as the Data Manager where he managed and provided statistical analysis and reporting on a number of datasets including NAIC, CPS, BLS, and MEPS. Mr. Halbert has an extensive background in programming and application development with SAS, MS-SQL, Access, FoxPro, Visual Basic, and ColdFusion. He has Novell CNA & CNE certification, MCSE, & Citrix/Terminal Services training. Prior to working at AcademyHealth, Mr. Halbert worked at Georgia State University as a Data Manager. Mr. Halbert obtained his Master's of Public Administration at Georgia State University, and received his Bachelor's of Science in Administration of Justice with a minor in Computer & Quantitative Analysis at Pennsylvania State University.
